2. Payments & Payment Gateway Standards

We use industry-standard payment gateways for online payments. To comply with payment gateway and PCI standards:

• We do not store full card details on our systems. All card data is processed by our payment processor.
• Customers should ensure payments are made through the official app or authorized channels only.
• For any failed transaction, please contact the payment processor and our support team with transaction reference for reconciliation.

3. Delivery

• Deliveries are primarily handled via Porter or authorized logistics partners for safe and timely transportation.
• Delivery timelines depend on stock, location, and logistics partner availability.
• Customers will be notified of expected dispatch and delivery times once the order is confirmed.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery acceptance at the destination.

Return & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver accurate and safe pharmaceutical products. This policy describes returns, replacements and refunds for orders placed through ARIMED PHARMA LLP.

Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only for incorrect items shipped, or verified manufacturing defects.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence and order details.
• Medicines that are unsealed and unpacked may be non-returnable where safety or legal requirements prohibit resale — exceptions will be handled case-by-case.

Refund Process & Payment Reversal

1. Once a return is approved, customers can choose a replacement or refund.
2. Refunds to payment cards are processed through the original payment processor. Time for reversal depends on the payment gateway and the bank — typically 7–14 business days.
3. In case of wallet/bank transfers, refunds will be returned to the original account/UTR reference where possible.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiated a chargeback, please also inform us and provide details to help expedite investigation. We will cooperate with payment gateways and banks during chargeback investigation.

Non-refundable Items

• Opened/used medicines, items past expiry, or items missing tamper-evident seals will generally not be eligible.
• Any return shipping or collection charges may be deducted from refunds if the return is not due to our error.
